The color coated plates are those plates which are galvanized first and then coated with colors. The colors which are coated are specified by the customers. The tedious process of color coating involves unwinding of skin-passed Galvanized coils, cleaning / brushing, rinsing, degreasing, then pretreating it with chemical consisting of surface conditioning, conversion coating, chromating and drying.
