Electrical Power Saving:
Installation of D.C. motors and Air washers for DC motor cooling therby reducing load on blowers.
Modification done in the software to automatically stop the motors while the line in idle.
Installation of lighting transformers & energy efficient tube lights.
Minimizing the lighting load in day by providing transparent sheets in the plant sheds.
All package AC are provided with energy saver to optimize the AC running hours.
Installed automatic power factor correcting unit.
