Production Process

	Process Flow

M/s Loha Ispaat Ltd having well established steel process plants at Taloja with Four different Process Plots. Presently we have three different processes at our Factory as follows

	Slitting Line Process.
	Shearing Process.
	Pickling Process Divison.

HR Processing

In accordance with the Material Flow, the hot roll coils in HR Slitting Line to the required Length and further certain Coils are pickled in hydrochloric acid medium by Push –Pickling process to remove the scales from the hot rolled coils. The pickled coils are then further slit to the requirement. The Slit Coils are further processed in HR Cut to Length Line as per requirement. The cut Lengths are packed and dispatched.

CR Processing

The cold rolled coils are put through CR Slitting Line where required width is achieved. The Slit Coils are further processed in CR Cut to Length Line as per requirement. The cut Lengths are packed and dispatched.
